## From a useful introduction to ongoing earnings

1. **Join the program** — Create a free account, open Referrals and accept the program terms. Choose whether you join as a person or a company. _(Your account shows the supported countries.)_
2. **Share your link** — Send your referral link to a new team. They can sign up through it or enter your code when they create their account. _(The code records the referral. It is not a discount.)_
3. **Earn as they pay** — Earn 20% of verified subscription revenue from the team you referred, after discounts and before tax. Track your referrals and earnings in your account. _(Signing up alone does not earn commission.)_
4. **Set up payouts** — Open Payouts and complete the required setup. Payouts are reviewed monthly once your available balance reaches $50 USD. _(Earnings have a 30-day hold and may need further review.)_

## 20% for the lifetime of the referral

You earn **20% of qualifying subscription revenue** we have verified as collected. Discounts reduce the amount used to work out commission. Tax is excluded.

The referral stays linked to you if the team cancels and later subscribes again. Changes to the team owner or billing details do not break that link.

Verified refunds, credits and dispute losses can change your earnings. Any past overpayment is offset against future earnings. We do not automatically debit your bank account.

## Referral questions

### Do I need to buy a phone number to refer teams?

No. You can join with a free account, even without a team or a paid number. Open Referrals to review the terms and create your code. You can join as a person or a company, and your account shows the supported countries.

### Which teams qualify?

The program is for new teams whose signup is linked to your referral. Ask them to use your link or code when they sign up. Commission starts when we verify a qualifying subscription payment. The referral code does not change the price they pay.

### When can I receive a payout?

Earnings have a 30-day hold. Payouts are reviewed monthly when your available balance reaches $50 USD. You must complete payout setup and any required checks first. A review hold or incomplete setup can delay payment. You can track your earnings and payout status in your account.

### Are Stripe fees taken out of my commission?

No. We cover Stripe fees. Unresolved fees can delay a payout, but do not reduce your commission. Verified refunds, credits and dispute losses can still change your earnings. Any past overpayment is offset against future earnings; we do not automatically debit your bank account.

### What happens if my referral account is closed or suspended?

New referrals and unsent payouts are blocked. Existing earnings stay recorded and may be held. The lifetime referral link remains, including after account deletion. It also stays in place if the team you referred cancels and later subscribes again, or changes its owner or billing details.
